Returns & Refunds

Return Policy Overview

Important: Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, most items are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Returnable Items

  • In-stock products within 14 days of delivery
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our error
  • Items damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed items made to your specifications
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Items modified or damaged by the customer
  • Digital files or design services
  • Items returned without original packaging

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a custom item that:

  • Has significant printing defects or layer adhesion issues
  • Doesn't match the agreed-upon specifications
  • Is functionally unusable due to our error

We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, reprint, or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and description
  2. Authorization: Wait for return authorization before sending items back
  3. Packaging: Pack items carefully in original packaging if available
  4. Shipping: Ship to our return address using a trackable method
  5. Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for inspection and refund processing

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
  • Customer pays return shipping costs (unless our error)
  • Partial refunds may apply for used or damaged items
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the return

Damaged or Lost Packages

Shipping Damage

  • Inspect packages immediately upon delivery
  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and items
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve claims

Lost Packages

  • We are responsible until delivery confirmation
  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with the carrier and replace if necessary
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery date

International Shipping

Limited international shipping available:

  • Customer responsible for customs duties and taxes
  • Longer delivery times (10-30 business days)
  • No returns on international orders unless manufacturing defect

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds, but we will work to resolve issues promptly.

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested before order ships

  • Cannot intercept packages already in transit
