File Requirements & Standards

Acceptable File Formats

  • STL - Most common, preferred for basic prints
  • OBJ - Good for textured or colored models
  • 3MF - Microsoft 3D format with material info
  • STEP/STP - CAD format for engineering applications

File Quality Standards

  • Manifold geometry (watertight, no holes or gaps)
  • Appropriate resolution (0.1-0.5mm triangle size)
  • Proper scale and units (millimeters preferred)
  • Wall thickness minimum 0.8mm for structural integrity
  • Support-conscious design when possible

Design Limitations

Please note these technical limitations:

  • Maximum build volume: 250×210×210mm
  • Minimum feature size: 0.2mm
  • Maximum overhang: 45° without support
  • Minimum wall thickness: 0.8mm
  • Moving parts require 0.3mm+ clearance

Payment Terms
